"Victor Mason himself helped me out in time of need as I stood there in home depot trying to rent a truck I did not have insurance card. Instead of just telling me to down the card and sending me a generic email response he actually called me and text me a link directly to my card so I could rent the truck. The level of customer service is why I am a loyal customer. Thank Victor for offering timely customer service. Victor also helped me out with getting pricing on my business insurance as the type of insurance needed is very particular. Overall I have been with Victor Mason has provided me amazing customer service and has always come through in the clutch. I might be able to find a plan to save a few bucks a month but the intangilbe things that my agent Victor Mason does and goes above and beyond far out weigh the couple dollar savings."
